ETH, as well as just about EVERY alt coin right now, is falling because BITCOIN is going through another rally. Bitcoin just passed $1,500 USD this morning. When Bitcoin rises, alt coins fall. This literally just happened less than a week ago as well when Bitcoin went from $1,200 USD to its ATH of $1,400 USD. Then when it pulled to back to the sub $1,300 range a day or two ago, the alt coins all shot up again and ETH made its new ATH of $85 USD. Now that Bitcoin is rallying yet again, ETH is falling, and barely at that.
