The modern-day midcores are the guys who can only do ShinEx and O1S-O3S. The player skill ceiling lowered a fuckton since 4.0

Are you high? The average player has always been trash in this game. I still remember having to go through about 10-15 'clear' parties for 2.0 relic and it has never really improved since then.
