zeratul is a late game hero, he doesn't have much kill pressure early on, anyway you should be farming globes in the first minutes, not trying to "gank"

imo they could afford to up the damage on his autos because they are fucking worthless in PvP without Adrenaline Stimpack and Burn Notice.

I think his damage without Crossfire and Combustion really is too low, honestly. Seems like you can just stand in burning oil and because it does so little damage you can just ignore it without getting punished very hard for it.
