Like the Ignis wraith it needs a ton of Forma to be good at what you want it for and thats not a whole lot. But if you want to shoot big things out of the air in PoE or destroy bosses in Sorties, i'd say go for it if you have the recourses and time.
It's strong enough for generic star-chart shit anyhow though.

shitposting aside, you are lucky to have found a miterfag like me because, even if you go in sites to check the price realistically speaking no one would ever bought a riven for the miter, and even without riven it performs decently in sortie level content too.
I bought it hoping that it would be an immobile projectile with a rank 0 terminal velocity, but I was surprised that it just flew forward like normal. Not sure why some weapons can reach 0 velocity while others don't.
It does fly backwards if I use it with mirage, though.
It does? Interesting, I need to try this when I get to it. I guess that DE probably forgot to consider flight speed values for weapons used by allied units.
