Elincia has 1 more point in atk and spd. NY Camilla has better overall bulk and 162BST. Elincia is the better player phase unit, but she'll die to anything due to poor defenses and low HP. Camilla has an enemy phase unlike her.

Personally, I prefer Elincia, but if I were you I'd keep rolling just to get a 40% bonus in the upcoming tempest.

Immortalize: Samson/Arran Decision (branching path determines what units you get, handled best in FE8 where you get them all at the end but at different times and different strengths)
Kill: Einherjar. They will never put significant enough work into this feature to make it worthwhile it and the hypothetical "peak" pay-off isn't even good.

If I really want to use a unit I build around them regardless of IVs. BRoy is the only exception, since I mainly wanted to really use him because heavy blade galeforce with a free A slot sounded super fun. -Atk isn't very nice for that, and I didn't care enough to fix it.

Yes, they need to make unit enhancement more varied beyond the gatcha. It is a critical flaw of the game. The currencies they've been adding have largely been superfluous. Hell, the IV system is a GREAT way to do this.

That might not be the absolutely best way to handle this, but it would keep diversity while giving players something to work towards.

Immortalize: Poorly-implemented children.
Kill off: Having to recruit units and not just getting them automatically.

Getting another decent red flier for building a flier team with is worth the trouble regardless of which one it is. Keep going if you want to build as many flier teams as possible, if you just needed a single red though you're set.
