First game. I'll give SL props though, Ballora was pretty creepy and got the uncanny valley down for the first time in years. The Rockstars are really what the Toys should've been.

The Toys weren't the problem people had with 2, it was the fact it was a prequel and the nonstop robots in your face.

The Custom Night was fun to mess around with, but then SL's custom night came out and totally outclassed it. Not to mention how bland the building was compared to the other locations.

Yeah but the designs looking closer to the originals might have made the fact it was a prequel make sense instead of the bizzare high end design going to the brutish FNAF1 bots.

Baby's not ugly, she's just boring. Scott wanted to make an inoffensive animatronic that you could sympathize with on a visual level. That's why she has big green eyes and her endoskeleton is downplayed, like an animu girl.

You could probably make her look interesting if you gave her red lights on the inside of her suit that flashed around occasionally like a disco ball. But when they're all active at once it makes the cracks in her paneled skin look like gore, like a harlequin baby. That'd bring together the motif pretty well.

Or if she had an unnerving "porcelain doll" look.

SL should've been all human bots, desu. Freddy and Foxy and Bon-Bon had no reason to be there.

That's a whole lot of projection you got going considering I'm not a furry. BB and JJ would also qualify for being hit with the ugly stick.
The Bidybabs should have been Baby's own design for going with a creepy dead young girl approach. I think that would have worked a lot better and cut down on the amount of characters.
I agree on Bon-Bon and Foxy but Freddy should be there for the connection to other locations.
