Everything's good rune/gem-wise. The only thing that's banned in FCs is healing. HP-recovering gems are ok though, since their effect is so miniscule.

It exists, but there is no drop table for it so the only way to get it in-game is to overwrite the effect over another caryll rune.

The easiest way would be to recreate the face in character creation, save it to your favorites, then copy the bytes from your saved favorites onto your character.

It was extremely broken on the Rifle Spear early on since it applied the Flat Arc to each pellet individually.
So that's potentially, like 67.5+67.5+77= 212 Arcane-AR applied to like, 30 Pellets.

They eventually changed it, to spread the AR percentage-wise across all of the pellets.
Though this was only the Rifle Spear with it's 3 slots, i don't think they changed it for other scattershot-type weapons.
