The word of the thread is "Crystal"! Is it something clear, pristine and beautiful? Or does it warp what really matters? That is up to you!

Now, I encourage you to give one or more of these words a shot if you want to write a pem or short story for the thread! Played the game first time today at 1AM. Boy what a ride. Can't believe I've managed to successfully avoid all spoilers beside 'someone hanging themselves.
Too bad it was so short. Would've welcome longer plot, maybe more romance. I just want more Sayori.

I like this. The surreal imagery gets you into a trance until it's broken with the reveal, and that makes it all the more touching. It made me feel really wistful,
to the point where I can't bring myself to read this with an eye out for potential technical improvements. Solid work.
Inspiring. At first I was jarred by the avant-garde structure but it works here quite well. One, uneven, thoroughly comma-filled stanza. It's almost as if the very structure of this implied that a war goes on forever, filled with unexpected changes, turns, unpredictable in anything but its looming threat of destruction.
