Mirror Strike would be pretty good on melee units with high res to fight dragons, or mages when you don't have Swift Sparrow fodder and also want that extra sp cost.

Oliver seems mediocre himself as a unit, but he has fun art/sprite and a character and that's good enough for many people.

He's pretty mediocre despite the bst boost, though you can run some fun meme builds like owl with his res. I'm just going to 5* him since I like him.

Mirror strike is at least a 240 sp skill if you want to arena point whore.

Use her anyway if you like her, but with those IVs I'd just recommend going with Brave Bow for now. -Spd really hurts her because her spread is kind of average to begin with.
