In last phase general rule of thumb is to point KJ away from the rift. might be forgetting other shit but its fairly self explanatory.
because they have gear meant for 108s on a level 101 so they have 50% haste 100% mastery 70% crit and a bunch of other crazy shit so they demolish the dungeon far faster
