Post-game will probably always read danger. Don't worry about it. Also you will rarely, if ever, get more than one fairy queen so don't worry. That entire area is easy compared to the rest though so if you're having trouble, farm some gear.

I don't have much problems anymore, can just press triangle with the dogs and those stone orcs after setting some Slashing. And equipment farming is just what I'm doing, there's some good shit here. Though I think I'll try that demon today.
The whole ball thing was pretty fun, more innovative than anything in the main game.

The post game is what the main game should have been. It's even better than DG1. I wouldn't farm equips there though -- get stuff that's decent then move onto the next area. The best stuff can be acquired at the next area without much jumps in difficulty.
