my question is: should i sell it or build for crit?
how important is status for zaws with plague parts? the only reason i see use for it is because of the viral damage, yet here i have the perfect riven for the exact opposite purpose

DE is retarded, you need to look at your status chance without the multishot since it will fuck up the stats and LIE TO YOU. Here is also a nice graph telling you about status with pellets.

No, never. Literally the only gun Shotgun Savvy would even be considered for, is Astilla, and only if you want to avoid 2 element combos. I hate blast, so my default build has corrosive+heat+Shotgun Savvy. And its barely even worth doing that, because the Astilla doesn't have pellets. It just hits twice per slug (impact+shard explosion)

Personally I got them far more reliably with cetus capture by finding cell structures. normal find 2-3 a run and they drop 1-3 cells before a resource booster is applied, not to mention any drops from mobs
