29 yo here. I can understand your feelings. I feel better if I play when I just want to have fun with friends or alone. I don't play when I'm bored or tired anymore, because I've understood it's just a waste of time and energies. I've also learnt to be less toxic and more careless about the overcome of the match. You won't win every match, deal with it.
