iirc, it'll detonate HEAT rounds, if you're lucky. It's just thin, spaced armour. The Br is low because it lacks the ammunition choices of the 6.0 Panthers, but it has (much) better turret rotation than the other 5.7 one.

I'm having quite fun in the typhoon mk.Ib, I used to play the hurricane mk.IV but its flight performance is subpar to say the least. I'd forget the vickers tempest as those 40mm are its only armament; sure you can meme on tanks but as soon as there's another plane up you're pretty much dead. can't say anything about the cannon mosquito or rockets

In my experience their bombs have always been fucking worthless, but I don't know how their rockets perform since the big nerf that made HVAR's useless
Lately I've been using the Meteor Mk3 with ground belts on the Hispanos, and it chews through the thinner stuff in 1-2 strafing runs, though it just pisses off anything with 25mm of armor or more on the roof and makes a dust cloud your allies can't see through, which pisses them off too
Using ground belts definitely cuts down on your ability to take down enemy aircraft without blowing through a good chunk of your ammo, too, unless you can get those really juicy shots without them swinging their mouse around by the cord

Had one guy take three shots at my M36 from 100 metres or so in that to no avail. Don't know how he achieved that.

I did some quick maths on the t64 ufp. If it's 320mm effective at 68 degrees, that's 320*cos(68) = 120. Chief's apds has 160mm pen against 60 degrees, if the slope modifiers get fixed will I be able to go through that consistently? Currently I have no chance
