The Farewell Episode will be supremely cute and comfy even if it ends with some hinting to sadder things over the coming years. Though I don't believe right now that it will end like that.

I really do think she would've, although once she finished Blackwell I'm not sure what she would do. She would know that William and Joyce could take care of her better but would Chloe want to see Max staying behind in AB just to always be with her?

I don't actually have many friends I feel able to talk about this stuff with, you know? My girlfriend has exams to worry about so I don't want to burden her, and my friend circle just had some dumb drama, so don't really feel like nows the time for them either.
And then like 90% of the friends outside that group are guys and idk, I've always been told that guys don't talk about feelings so it feels a bit odd to talk to them about it.
Though now it just sounds like making excuses for not being emotionally open with people.

Oh, okay. I think that Max would probably put her life on hold for a while to be there for Chloe. Chloe would complain and tell her not to but wouldn't be able to talk Max out of it. Maybe Max would just work freelance doing weddings and things like that so that she could always be around (and they would need the money to help with Chloe's medical expenses). Joyce and William would probably appreciate the help (both financial and emotional). Max might even move into Chloe's bedroom. They could get her one of those fold out cots or something.
