I only use clicking in tfc to nudge the camera. If you type sucsm "insert number here without quotes" (I like 1 and 0.1 for getting things just right) you can adjust the speed that the mouse moves the camera.
Opening the inventory actually doesn't change the camera for me. It only changes it briefly in the menu interface, but closing the menu reverts back to the position I set it to with tfc. Same goes with going into the main menu and MCM to adjust things. I've only had it change the camera after that when using FreeFlyCamSKSE. If left in the default horizontal position it works just fine, and even with FreeFlyCamSKSE opening the inventory to equip or unequip things works fine as well.

No, LE. Probably a combination of an odd skin texture (edited mature), UnBleak ENB and very warm lighting. I think pic related is "fair skin".
