Better cards. With 30 card decks and a lot of good neutrals, two or three really strong class specific cards (that aren't legendary) with good synergy are enough to launch a deck to t1.
Warrior needs finishers like Cubelock has, plus decent card draw to find them. Or maybe some OP taunts to make Quest warrior good.
Shaman's a jack of all trades like Druid, so give it a few UI style cards with multiple effects.
