Why are genuine rapiers of the burning god together, about 20 dollars, but genuine rapier and genuine rapier offhand about 5 dollars in total? Is there some difference Im not seeing by buying them separate vs together?

NA only has EG which has the same amount of points as VG. If a system alike the one now was in place in the period from ti3-7 the chinks would be domineering, only to fail at the finals. And if you've been watching any majors thus far you ought to realize that newbee doesn't hold a candle to secret/liquid or even vp. This will be the year where the TI title trading between regions tradition will be broken, because chinks can't compete.
