Am I autistic? I just can't decide what I want aside from 'logs for supports in the corners'.
Should I just tear it all down and start again? I suck ass at building even more when I actually try building, it feels like.

I don't like it, make the corner supports thinner, not a big deal if you can't see everything from inside. Not a fan of your stone stairs on the roof. Roof should be wood, straw or something light. Also remember to use half slabs in your ceiling.

I'm playing some modpack, and one of the quests has a red question mark instead of a goal and also instead of one of the rewards. When hovering mouse over it, it says 'Item Placeholder'. Is this normal? If not, did the modpack creator fuck up or the questing mod bugged? How do I fix it? I'm just trying to know whether this is a common problem with the quests mod or exclusive to this modpack

Put a pair of logs diagonal on the corners, knock out the corner.
