Vi has a pretty similar passive where using an ability gives her a 10% max health shield for up to 3 seconds with a 16-8 second CD. And hell Malphite shield is 10% max hp too.

Compare to Yasuo shield which has flat values that will outpace a 10% max health shield on him since he's building full damage and maybe a Frozen Mallet or Sterak's as like a 3rd/4th item.

Seriously the Yasuo shield at level 11 is a flat 200 when Yasuo will have a base HP of like 1425. If he has a completed Frozen Mallet at that point (not fucking likely) then a 10% hp shield would be better at that point. But at max level he would have 2702 HP with an FM which would equate to a 270 point max health shield versus the one he actually gets which is 510.

"Yasuo doesn't build resistances." Well Vi doesn't either and she's approximately a 50% win rate champ.

Just nerf the fucking shield already, it's special snowflake design that doesn't line up with other champions and is low-key overtuned.
