Did you still not figure it out? CM3D2 gives you fucking tons of shape keys. You can use them to make the chat visemes. Make facial expressions like getting embarassed etc. You can even dilate your undercarriage if you want too

I'm feelin' that. I'm trying to work a '3d printable' model into function. It's such a bloody mess, so many triangles and parts on top of parts and some parts have a billion more tris than others for no reason. I took 4 hours or so messing with it last night.
It's not even a very good looking model.

CM3D2 is a whole terrifying plane of creations I've not set my foot in yet. I got the image that the conversion to Unity isn't quite straightforward, and the CM3D2 setup is a bit irksome.

You can do the conversions in ~30 minutes once you git gud. Hardest part is decimation, if you actually want to decimate.

The character is from an eroge or something, but I do have the model. Give me a minute and I'll convert and post it.

I tried to implement it, but it failed. It's always active despite the game object being set to Inactive, then toggled to Active on gesture.

It also pulls the whole fucking skirt no matter how close the hands are to it. I set the radius to match the size of my hand, so I don't understand this part at all.
