While sliding down a hill, if you press R2 your hunter will do a big roundhouse attack. If that connects with a monster, it can be comboed directly into a Spirit Roundhouse when you land. I do it on a Kelbi to get a fast White Gauge.

Im not sure why they cant at least create the skill sets with a bit of synergy. Anja's set bonus isnt even good and to get it you have to equip skills that barely even benefit a single weapon type

Willing to bet all low rank armours have one skill point per piece in different skills per piece in a single set, and high rank armours are more specialised/better. Wouldn't be surprised either if it turns out that some skill/piece comboes are low rank exclusive so you end up with those weird cases where a G rank set requires one low rank part, like a point in razor sharp on the waist or something.

People laugh at me, but I did what you all told me to do. Only play online if you solo everything, so doing Dalamadur was the hardest shit for me because I was using a bow and was solo only. Getting into G rank on 4u was the hardest thing I've done, and I didn't fail because of dying. I failed because of time. I ran out the timer so many times, which was an hour run each attempt. Was so frustrating.

What about Rathian set skills?

2nd skill refers to the poisonous gas in Rotten Vale. Probably reduces the rate at which it saps HP and provides complete immunity at max rank, if I had to guess.

Monoblos, but I got over it after one night/like four tries. Apart from that, the last high rank urgent (uka) in 4U walled me for a while because I was afraid to stay in front of it but just couldn't deal enough damage to kill it before time was up with my trash-tier weapons, even hitting it steadily the whole 50 minutes, and when I wanted to make a piece of the amatsu GX gear bombs over gogmazios gave me trouble for a while. Which is funny to me now, because I can go into that hunt with HBG and 2 undergeared randoms and farm it in 10 minutes/no carts without even really trying because of how much guns shit on it.
