No. They weigh more than a rifle, and most shoot intermediate calibers. They should have less recoil than comparable rifles.
Maybe if mobility actually did something, we could use that to make LMGs bad at something for all that extra weight.

Kapkan traps are fine. Having five (5!) of them is plenty. Buffing them means taking traps away, means making Kapkan more similar to Frost, means reducing operator diversity.
