There's no point in being mad at something you have no control over, it's a waste of energy. Especially when you can be the one to benefit from this advantage in the next game. You can choose to be mad at a failed dice roll or you can play the damn game and accept this 5-10% winrate difference. You chose to be mad, good players just play the game and accept it.
try go like 6 times in row second with MidShadow or Elephant, especially Elephant
You can play better evo effect cards to make it a bit more even. Haven has a decent winrate going second because they always run 3 cudgel and Forest benefits from more evolves too.
Forest in rotation benefits a lot more going first than second
Only Forest card benefit from second in rotation is Rayne but she has no role in there
