I just finished mine. I suggest splitting it between GWs if you are really struggling, don't sacrifice your health for it. If you can't clear EX+ in 1 turn it gets particularly taxing.

You need a specific setup to 40 box. Having a ton of pots to start, and if you can't 1turn EX+ it's almost out of the question unless you split it between multiple GW.

I've split it over three GW for my second GW 5* but this is my first attempt at doing it in one GW. Even though I can 1 turn EX+ the grind is too much.
