Unironically one of the better mods for AI. Why? AI actually gets a bunch of lvl 20+ Lords and Heroes. No longer you play against low-level mountless schmucks without any points in the red skill tree or mages without spells. Fully chevroned army with rank 3 red skills can be genuinely terrifying.

Massive disconnect in quality between old and new content.

Most of the campaigns are basically identical to playing Warhammer 1 or 2 except with worse performance, more bugs, and long turn times. By the time you actually run into factions from the other game most of them are either dead or already hit mass blobbing stage.

It's too big. Basically just conquering your own continent is a big deal but going Southlands or Lustria as the Empire? Only at the end of the campaign and by then you have already won as Chaos has been sent back.

I'm not sure, but they specifically gimped the Bretonnia changes in the patch to avoid breaking save files, which is utterly moronic. Nobody cares about restarting their shit Mortal Empires campaigns.

He's doing it right now in my campaign, although the Huns are helping him out by wiping out most of the the Germanic barbars.
ERE also wiped out the goths and has retaken most of the lands they lost in Greece.

Also as expected, old world doesn't interact with new world that much. I played Empire campaign and it was identical to TW:W1 campaign but inferior because of lack of final update. I didn't even get to fight with any of new races and abandoned it because I got bored of fighting snowniggers.

It works OK with some factions where you can stay one or two provinces and have allies and go on adventures.
