You need to have all of them, versions don't matter. You could store the ones you're not gonna use in the storage. Offhand weapons count, anything you sold you can purchase back

That would mean it's a different manner of counting than for the DLC trophy, because there it was okay not to have all of them in the inventory (I sold Saif, etc) and still got it

Normal if you're gonna use untricked mode, Lost for arrows, if you're farming OoS then you might wanna use a different version for the arrows depending on the shapes of the OoS

Rakuyo is a Skill weapon, only Reiter's shots scale with Blt and the scaling isnt great, the rest of the moveset mainly scales with Skill.
