For a purely pornographic setup? Probably Jutaijima. I love deserted island settings and Jutaijima is one of the few that does just that in a nukige. This, ontop of the breeding aspect of the story, makes it one of my favourite nukige. Aku no Onna Kanbu 1 is probably my all time favourite, though; the game hits this nice mix between satire, pornographic, and comfy SoL that just makes it an enjoyable experience throughout, even if you're not currently horny (or on sage period.)
