Makoa's ult legendary is good because it has a huge amount of clutch factor, Pluck is good if you can't rely on your team and Davy Jones' Locker is good if you can. Evie's is good just because it makes her ult ridiculously spammable, it was always a "fire and forget" type of thing anyway. Wormhole will always be the best and Soar can be fun, but Snowglobe is legit. The others are kinda OK at best.

You'd have to essentially just buff Buck's gun, which would mean he's stronger with Bounce House and Bulk Up anyway, or make it so Bucking Madness buffs Buck's gun but then it could easily become really bullshit.
