Hori's PS4 RAP 4 has an xinput mode and the PS3/4 modes work as d input should you need it.
They're not super expensive but the newer ones use Hayabusa parts, which are more or less as good as sanwas (depending on your preference). They're also easily upgradable.
Otherwise there's the Razer Atrox and Panthera (although I don't think the Panthera has xinput)

alex can slow the pace down of a match just fine. just don't crack or get too greedy with random stomps or head butts when you need to get in and dont overextend when you do get in. walk/block and use your pokes to cover your approach, look out for jumps and aa if you can shut them down on the ground.

SonicFox notoriously plays safe and only to win. Only was hype in SFV with his FANG.
The Q4 has a good rep from what I know but keep in mind it's for 360 and PS3, which means there's no using it with newer consoles. The Q4 and Obsidian have the same buttons and stick, but the RAP 4 uses Hori's high end competitng hardware.
I use the RAP4 and love it (its wider and narrower than the more squarish shape of the Q4 and my girl hands rest well on the surface, which has more of a drop where your wrist would otherwise meet the stick, which the Obsidian also has).
Everyone seems to love the Obsidian so I guess I'd recommend that if money is no object and you prefer a longer profile. I dunno how the build quality is but I can say the RAP is built like a tank (other than the slightly shitty cable door).
