They just add more stuff to it, like they made a new mode for christmas, and different boss enemies for the halloween event. I don't really see them making whole new events unless we count OWL as one since it has it's own skins.

Triple tank will blow up too quickly. You'll see better success with a deathball because of the range reduction of Lucio.
