I can see that, I personally have enjoyed the questing. Actually going through the entire storyline of each region is nice. Additionally, I like taking each alt through different paths to the Cata zones.

Well user, since its purpose is to make leveling take a much longer time so that you can 'really feel the zones', which I'm not saying is a bad thing but they did it in a very odd way making exp just more tedious to come by, not a fan myself.
Enjoy leveling new characters through the same zones youve seen already for a longer period of time because you need the entire zone and all its quests to get the exp necessary to escape.(but you have more options for zones youve already seen, Northrend at level 60, woohoo :^))

But by the way, for a measly $60, you get to the end of the game instantly, nice eh.

I didn't see any difficulty changes at all, it just takes slightly longer. Around ~60 seems to be set at around 3 levels per hour with a small amount of effort, probably possible to push those numbers up with more effort.

I think it'll be funny to see the aftermath on LFG, though. I only see two possible paths for that: either bads will get kicked to oblivion OR good players will simply avoid LFG entirely. Either way, dungeons through LFG will not be very good without a full premade group. Dungeons should still provide good enough exp/hour with good DPS, but even though it's so easy to do good DPS, most groups have the tank doing more damage than all the DPS players combined.

I think I'll just use the boost on the allied races and ignore the heritage armor. They're ugly anyway.

overall the change is ok, though they need to rework classes to have their kit before level 80
wanna tank on prot? get fucked, ignore pain is stuck behind level 40 and you have 3% block chance till 78
wanna play survival? get fucked, you literally can't without mongoose procs, which is your mastery, at level 78
wanna play bm? get fucked, kill command is worse than cobra shot from level 50 till you get mastery, making it a literal 2 buttons rotation
wanna play rogue? get fucked, all your energy regen is stuck in your artifact, you'll have a 70% idle time in combat
and on and on, they need to rework classes before max for it to be actually good
