I've never seen Liz communicate with Tamamo-no-Mae Caster. She's showed up with Tamamo Cat a few times, though. Kiyohime has mentioned that she's in communication with Tamamo-no-Mae, although I don't know that she's really had any interaction with Tamamo Cat.

Her NP gen is decent, but going to 90% to heal because you don't have 110%+ overcharge buffer is really awful mechanically.
