Kap is better now, he has more gadgets, and theyre almost undetectable. He's also 2 speed so that's a huge buff. Use the explosions as indicators for information not just lucky kills

Kapkan is more useful than he was before. The bombs aren't really an issue for groups of players with good co-ordination, someone who is careful or drones... But he's very useful on Casual.

The 2 Speed change to him was the thing that gave him the most flexibility, since he can be a pretty effective roamer.

I'd have preferred him going 2 speed and given a 4th laser instakill traps, vs the change he got. Even if you have one of those great moments where the attacking team rushes in and one of your traps gets set off, it still might not have any impact what so ever on the ensuing gunfight
