The cap is 50% attack for that so 32% + 20% = 52%. you only lose 2% attack overall.
You still want 2 normal modifiers anyway so you're still stuck with it unless you're MHing a hermanubis or something, it's not like there are many alternatives with 3000 attack 18/15% atk+hp.

Ultima is the best main hand, you're just limited in how many you can make. If you want to tryhard a single element really hard you make ultima for it regardless. Normal people just make a single ultima for an element that needs it.

a) the enmity percentage is miniscule and unaffected by summon auras
b) you already have 4-5 other enmity weapons
c) Atma DATA is like, DATA+20%. This is a stupid huge amount and applicable to more than just Dark (inb4 >m-muh cortanas)

You might want a normal dark modifier to go with that, start phasing out axes as you get claws as well. Prioritize skilling non-axes so you dont waste much skill fodder on axes youll eventually uncap on one another as you get more claws.

actually since main hand doesnt affect your damage any more than any other part of the grid its just about what it does with weapon skills specific to main hand or on charge attack

for the atma its just 25% elemental damage boost. some characters do that or better. for ultima its 30% elemental boost ahain some characters can do that plus 30% DA for 4 turns which isnt bad but not outstanding since again some characters will do that and there is a cap on type. so 50% cap for normal version or magna version (assuming you can find magna DA+) ect. so a character doing it like say sheep + the passive 20% DATA on the grauph skill strife means main handing it or not is meaningless

maybe your exno is better or maybe even a chev sword is better for some bosses since on charge attack it can remove a buff and some bosses like ubaha tend to reapply a buff multiple times in 1 turn. main character bezerker + funf charge attacking both remove that same buff 2 times because of other peoples turns
