There's something about osbuddy (and also other clients) that in my opinion sucks the dignity out of life. I wish I could audibilise it better, but there it is. I feel about osbuddy the same way I feel about fast food. I just think it's disgusting, and if we're really going to be pigs with no standards then why don't we all just kill ourselves.

I haven't heard much about it other than people abusing it to spec bosses a ton and lower their def, I could understand like a timer so you can't spam it as hard but otherwise I don't see the issue

spec restore is being completely removed
All other restores (run, stats, health, pray) will be restored 50% of the missing stats. So if you have 40/90 prayer it would restore 20 giving you 60/90. And to top it all off the pool will also have a 5 minute cool down

Clan wars might need to be nerfed too.

If the timer is any longer than 1 minute then they might as well completely remove the feature and give everyone who currently has a pool 30m in their bank for wasting their time. A 1 minute timer might dissuade vorkath abuse and make the newly buffed dragon hunter crossbow more common to use on it, but that's it. Spec weapons hit very often on kq so the timer wouldn't matter there and corp abusers would still be able to constantly lower its defence.

Of course all of that assumes the timer is 1 minute, maybe 2 minutes at most. Knowing Jagex they'll slap a 5 minute timer on there literally making it objectively worthless, ignore how much they obviously fucked up for 3 months, then poll the timer be lowered to 1-2 minutes in which Reddit will proclaim how amazing they are.

Easier and more balanced solutions would be like
