So i'm /new/ and still anxious, what the heck is Great Pug and Open Mic Night? Gaia Night seems pretty chill for the most part but i haven't been to those other two because they seem to be the most active and thus probably have the most obnoxious shit inside them.

I decided to start dedede over because I didn't like how it was turning out. You can see that all of his facial expressions are in the model, how hard would it be to use cats to make these into mouth movement?

Pug has a mini stage on the 2nd floor and people will actually listen to you there, and the 1st floor, you will see about 2-3 knuckles at the least and a bunch of memery

I was talking to Eyuji about where he got those models. Apparently they're MMD models from some japanese site. I didn't hear the website name all that well, but at least the search is narrowed down.

It might not be the best for learning creating models and rigs specifically for VRchat, but personally I got the basics by watching Darrin Lile's old youtube series.
Once you get to the rigging part, you can ignore all parts adding the extra IK and controller bones. Unity won't be using those anyway.

Yep, added a Vita Sword to her. Don't feel like ripping her actual weapon from the game since PSO2 ripping is a pain. I made the blade actually come out when she draws it along with a sound effect ripped from PSO1.

Yeah the only guy i know thats ripping PSO2 models is the guy thats porting the PSO2 maps in game.
Haven't actually seen any other Phantasy Star models aside from that gene and this lisa head which is kind of a pity.

There's a dedicated PSUfag uploading things, like Falz Memoria and Kugo Hotsprings as well. I DID see a Quna a few months ago though, or at least her suit. My buddy also rigged and imported a HUmar from PSO1 and I'm currently trying to import a Pioneer 2 world.
I feel like the few PSfags that do play are pretty dedicated. Just taking their time.

Yeah, it just takes two gestures. One to make it appear, one to make it do something. If you trigger the 'do something' one when the thing hasn't appeared, nothing will happen

I dunno know if there is a automatic way.
but you could manually add shapekey.
1.-Choose you base face (the one that's neutral)
2.- separate all the faces if they are not separated (L on edit mode to select all connected faces)
3.-select the base face in object mode go to your properties tab (default position is the lower right side) click on the data tab (has a triangle with three dot)
4. under that tab go to add 2 shapekeys (1 one is the default the second is whatever expression you want)
5.- hide what faces you don't to be adding right now by selecting them and pressing H
6.-now go to edit mode on your base face
7.- on the lower part of your 3d viwe you'll see a greyedout magnet click the thing to the right of it select from that list vertex . Next to it there should a word saying "closest" leave it like that. next to it should be a square similar to the triangle from the data tab click it so that it is light grey (this is so that the mesh doesn't snap to itself)
8- now in edit mode go to the data tab under shape keys select anything other than basis.
9-now if you select a vertex and move it in edit mode while holding ctrl it will snap to the mesh behind it use this to shape the face to that expression.
10.when you are done in the shapeways you click the basis one and the mesh will revert back to it's default position.
11. in object mode hit alt+h to reveal the face that you hid select a new one, add a new shapeway, rinse and repeat until you are done with the ones you want.

It's okay. I'll just add to my growing collection of broken avatars because I'm too stupid/lazy to come up with solutions myself.

Interacting with mimes reminds me interacting with someone in a costume at an amusement park or circus show. It can be very strange and I forget that there’s a person controlling it. It gets even weirder when they have a bunch of facial expressions and start doing them.

I’m a mime too and I wonder if people get them same feeling when I interact with them.

The bus was very strange to ride in VR. My head was migrating away from my body as we moved.

Also it’s like mimes are characters from a cartoon or animated movie. Something like Tinker Bell. I love it.

is there a way to go through a mesh collider in unity and pick and choose where to mesh collide? id like to get rid of some of the excess collision on my map but I cant bear the though of going and making individual colliders for every single facet of the world

You'll have to redownload maps and other people's avatars when you get to them, but that's it.

I believe that's just the vrchat cache, you can delete it but it'll just re-download everything all over again to the same location as you play
