Trying to figure out how females side was shaken up so much, I can only assume that a huge number of votes are coming from people who started with Heroes. How Tharja fell so much while Camilla stayed the same when they seemed to have much the same fanbase before can only be attributed to the differences in their heroes representation. Loki's placing, combined with how little she's appeared, clearly shows a large proportion of people voting based on sexiness are new. Camilla's regular art is much sexier than Tharja's and she was prominently displayed on one of the first banners, drawing new players to her. Her seasonal alts were also less lampshady and generally higher quality. Christmas Tharja's "normal girl" act was lost on anyone who hadn't seen her Awakening supports with Robin, just coming off as weird, so it didn't serve to gain her any new fans among new players.

Meanwhile, Lyn and Lucina voters have flocked to Celica, Eirika, and Micaiah. Even split over more characters, their huge numbers are plenty to secure top places and push other characters down.

What really surprised me is Eirika being third. If she had any chance of winning expected they'd hold on to her alt for her brave version. Is the gap between 2 and 3 so large that they consider it a done deal?
