Stimpack is only worth taking for the movement speed to bodyblock better, because faster AA = worse stutterstepping and the damage increase is marginal 44 -> 88 WOO almost as much as most ranged supports can manage Incinerator Gauntlets do nothing for actual teamfighting. They could make the buff affect heroes too and we could talk about it, but as it is the oil spill incineration is more of a malus than a bonus.
AAAALL that shit is solved by giving him 20 more damage baseline. 60 -> 120 with stimpack is ok, that's basically Mura's damage with Give them the Axe, except on a bigger cooldown. Incincerator Gauntlets buff all AA damage by 25%, suddenly they have a reason to exist Crossfire is superior for single target damage at 40DPS, whereas Incinerator Gauntlets are for AoE with 15 extra DPS per target
You're just playing his wrong, he doesn't have an AA build because his main point is abilities because he's a main tank and not a bruiser.

Then I told you what the talents would need to do to not be shit, or what would need to change about him baseline for the talents not to be shit. So AA build could kind of not be a meme.
You have to remember whenever talents exist and seem to synergize with each other, people will think they might be worth taking (slam build Sonya, E build Ragnaros), so they HAVE to be good or you'll get dead party members in your game completely dragging you down.

the whole AA thing is a mess if you pick incinerator gauntlets you either forget about slows entirely until lvl 20 or you are forced to pick adhesive petroleum, meaning your flame stream is mostly free to use whenever, but by picking those talents you can't take crossfire nor feeding the flame so it's not like flame stream is gonna have that much use beside subpar damage You are less survivable, have less utility and do less damage until lvl 20, at that point you aren't gonna pick flash fire, meaning you probably picked bunker also So what's the point of all of this ?
