I'm having obscene luck this event. Gotten a fair few hearts, got my first CE in my first AP bar, and Drake in one ticket.
It frightens me for when an event comes I want to go hard on.

If all you want is the 5*, you might as well do singles. That way you avoid losing 27 quartz if the 5* appears on the first card of a 10 roll.

Depending on how the algorithm works 10 rolls might even give a higher chance.
Imagine 10 single rolls and you get 10 black keys.
Now you do a 10 roll and you get 9 black keys. Now the last one isn't from the 3*/4*/5* pool anymore, but from the 4*/5* pool. If they distribute the percentages evenly and aren't jewing us the last roll should have a higher than usual chance for a 5*.

Singles can save you between 0 and 27 quartz though, so if you don't care about 4 star CE (the only thing you'll get at a higher rate from 10 rolls) then singles are the best.

Still there's no meme better than either 2+ 5star rolls or like 7 copies of a 3 star so that's an incentive to do 10 rolls.

I highly doubt the guaranteed SR or higher roll is skewed that way. We have no real way to know, but the odds for a SSR servant for that roll in particular could still be 1% and they wouldn't be lying.
