In a game about sound whoring why are suppressors not considered more valuable?

so ive been here for maybe 2 weeks, whats so bad about it?

I don't think I am that bad at this game, but I can't reach plat? Do i need a team or something? I usually am in or near the top of the leaderboard almost every game. I play more roaming position as a defender than anchoring. I usually go for low risk high reward peaks, but only if I am like 99% sure the enemy is there. For attacking I play more defensively, sometimes going in on the other side of the site for safety... idk what I am doing wrong. Should I be playing anchor?

Anyone with enough map knowledge and tactics can get to Plat. Just pick high tier operators and know your timings. Also don't do dumb-shit like hunt for kills on Defense when you're ahead.

Suppressor take a percentage of gun damage off, they're only worth while on low damage niche guns where they don't impact the number of rounds to down someone.

meh, honestly it won't impact it that much. Most gun with suppressors vs other attachment takes the same amount of shots to kill someone. You should also be aiming at the head 100% of the time.

Packs are money only and it costs a fuck load to get everything, and they are random crates so you won't guarantee you get what you want (unless you buy the maximum number of packs)

Also something that not everyone knows, when use a suppressor all your shots leave tracer lines. If you go unsuppressed, only the first round in automatic fire leaves a tracer line.

I personally leave the beta testing and the frustration to the chumps who pre-order and rush to buy on day one. Buying a game a few months after launch is the smart thing to do.
