Can I get some honest advice here, please? I have 20k feathers to spend, and I want to 100% finish my flying team. All that's left is to get Fury 3 and Hammer+ on Airzura and Death Blow 3 on Cherche. Do I spend 20 k feathers on a Bartre to simultaneously give Airzura both Hammer an Fury 3 in one swoop, and then my next 20k on Cherche? Or should I do Cherche first and then Airzura. If it helps, Airzura is part of my "main" arena team, while cherche is usually swapped for the bonus unit.

Doesn't that defeat the whole purpose? The point of this is to vote for your favorites. If you're voting for Eirika because you like Eirika that's fine. But to vote for her for no other reason than "slay the thot" is dumb and a waste of your vote. You could instead give that vote to one of your less popular favorites so ISIS sees there's some demand for them and adds them to the game sooner rather than never, even if it won't be a super busted Brave version. Voting purely out of spite is retarded.
