>I just started, what should I do? Do the Opportunities then find the Career Agents & run all of their missions. They give you ISK, ships, skillbooks and teach you basics. Talk to players and try to find a corp.

Why would I ever buy clothes for my dude?!? Niggas don't even see anything below my shoulders
Jason Myers
Because you are a huge faggot, just like everyone else who buys clothing in a spaceship assplosion videogame.
Connor Fisher
It's not a spaceship game you narrow minded inbreed. It's a scifi umiverse simulator per the words of CCP.

So goons are not gonna try to take the Horde keepstar again? Why?
Hudson Howard
We've all been there, you just have to learn to live with it. Alternatively, drain the SP and transfer the assets, re-join the corp with alt, then biomass the char.

have they made any PvE improvements? Played Eve maybe 5 years ago when they added T3 cruisers and those PvP-in-PvE-zone-quests, but never really liked it.
anything new for someone that doesn't want nullsec?

dont remember what it was called. Some faction vs faction shit in pve zones.
Lucas Nelson

Do wormhole space. PVE got some cool new additions (NPC haulers, drifter sleepers, burner missions that kinda simulate PVP engagements), but it's still not the best thing to do in this game.
Benjamin Collins

Alright guys, I started playing as F2P. I did the tutorial and all the missions the 5 career agents gave me. I have a few ships in my hangar now.
Where should I go from here? Are there any other pve activities I should do before looking for a player corp? Also, generally speaking, do player corps accept people who don't like speaking on mic?
Lincoln Kelly
If you'd like to make a bit more isk before heading out "on your own," so to speak, and get a nice boost to your standings with one of the four main factions you could do the Blood-Stained Stars epic quest line. It's an ~50 mission quest line that will take a few hours. If you plan to do it I'd suggest getting your race's turret destroyer (Thrasher/Catalyst/Coercer/Cormorant) and fitting it with your race's short-range turrets with short-range ammunition to get as much dps as you can as the final boss of the quest line has a serious tank.
As for your question about corps that varies heavily. Some, such as Pandemic Horde, don't require you to use voice comms at all, some only require you to listen, not speak, while others require voice interviews before joining.
Jose Perez
>Corax >-150,000 Mass >+50 shield HP
Leo Cooper
Go to Providence. The locals won't shoot you and you can mine and rat (kill NPC) in peace. Ratting can net you 50 mil/h with a t1 fit vexor navy.
Join CVA the best alliance in New Eden. Fight for justice and a good cause.
Eli Wright
Smaller corps tend to be annoying when it comes to comms presence. Bigger they are, less they care. You can always ask to their recruiters or pub channel.
Tyler Brooks
Thanks, I'll try the blood-stained stars quest line.
>Pandemic Horde I have another question regarding this: would I experience the game differently by playing in a large newbie corp like pandemic horde vs a very small player corp?
Logan Baker
Never join goons, Horde or TEST. They are meme tier reddit spergs. You need a grown up corp. Horde will use you as cannon fodder.
Go to Provi.
Liam Reyes
I'll check it out, thanks. How big is CVA?
I see, thanks.
Owen Morgan
>Provi
Joseph Harris
Yes. The "newbie support" of large corps like Pandemic Horde, KarmaFleet, etc. tends to be "Here's some free skillbooks and ships, go do shit." without actually explaining game mechanics or anything truly helpful as they simply don't have the time to properly educate every person that joins. Smaller corps will tend to be more personable and individually helpful.
That makes sense >Here's some free skillbooks and ships, go do shit they really just hand you free stuff?
How are they with new people?
What does that mean?
Nathaniel Lopez
make it stop
Jack Sanders
True, but that only means they always have fights and don't sit stake in a blue donut. Provi has actual freedom, everyine else is a slave to someone's RMT
Thomas Jackson
What's the best large EVE newbie corporation? >Pandemic Horde >Karmafleet >Dreddit >Brave Newbies >Something else ?
Thomas Wright
PL
Jason Long
They are no better or worse than anyone else.
Jaxson Evans
>they really just hand you free stuff? Yes but it tends to be cheap books/ships like t1 frigates and skills relating to them. They're not particularly expensive and they can easily afford it as they charge higher tax rates than many other corps.
Benjamin Campbell
>What does that mean? It's a joke alliance and literally everyone goes there to get kills. >they really just hand you free stuff? All the big corps want to bite from the alpha pie so they have newbie support, but don't just sit on your ass. Yes, you have gibsmedats, but you are also expected to ask people about how shit works.
Also join ASCEE in goons if you aren't a redditor.
Ryan Walker
>ASCEE in goons What's that? I don't understand
Tyler Allen
Neither of those reddit organisations
Jack Lewis
Then what?
Cooper Hernandez
>It's a joke alliance and literally everyone goes there to get kills.
Is that why we WRECKED your shit last time you came here, goon?
Everyone comes here, because we always undock to fight and don't sit in a stale and boring alliance with no fights like you.
Also, everyone comes, but few leave alive.
Nathan Morales
That is the tag for the corp Ascendance in the Goonswarm alliance.
Thomas Davis
Random hisec corp, wh corp, small nullsec corp is better than fucking redditors
