Yeah it's the easiest event in the game. Lot of people are overreacting when they see they need 20 CE's, but by the end of the first day, you can grab 2-3 CE's from one node.

Heracles is good.
Orion is a decent anti-male Archer and decent Arts damage dealer. She's not top tier, but she'll function as a good Archer (assuming an Arts team) and far better than most other 3* you might get. Presumably.

Keep going, a good 5* and the best 4* in the game is more than enough. If you are gonna reroll for anything higher than that you are better off just buying an account instead.
