MH3 without servers only has low rank village quests, barely any monsters.
It's pretty comfy but it won't be too good or long.

Do you use mic to chat or discord? In my experience nobody in the game really communicates anything at all but maybe I'm unlucky.
I wish there were 4 people rooms so you could always play with friends without all this convoluted hassle.

way too early to know much about world, but generally slugger is an okay comfy skill that's not really necessary because you should be able to pull 1-3 KOs without it anyway

Forest is okay if you're using the main loop around the edge, if you try using the inner paths its a fucking nightmare.

If you're using normal shells, that's just how it is. Individual shells are weak. If you really want big damage shells, just charge them by holding down the shell button.

So why exactly are we trying to bombard the shit out of the big guy with a mountainbackpack, he doesn't seem to be hurting anyone, even when he's being bombarded all he tries to do is keep walking

LBG melee attack does some pretty good damage. I've had more success just laying down wyvern fire and beating the munsters over the head than I have shooting them.

can't remember the exact ones but i've got them off elder dragon quests and a black diablos quest so far

You get them from arena quests and maybe elsewhere. You can use them in place of money or points for the pathetically cheap meals.
