the ai level is like 4-5 so it is pretty easy BUT it can be unpredictable at times and the golden soldier has wonky framedata and a fucked up hit/hurtbox so don't expect to land a hit when you technically should
the easiest move to punish is his slide so you could wait for it, he also AAs rarely so you can try jump-ins but don't follow up with anything heavy unless you land the jump hit
