You don't need a medical bed if you have a 10+ doctor. Stick a peg leg on your constructror so he can hobble around and shit/

there's a mod that lets you force gear on them i think
i keep my prisoners nude HOWEVER just have a pawn drop gear inside the prisoners area and they will auto equip it (they wont grab it if it's 'claimed' by a pawn to haul so forbid the gear or a door leading to the prison immediately) or set up a small stockpile zone in your prison area with the gear you want (not sure if this works i do option #1)

Enemies only come from the right because the river and walls block them. It's pretty easy to defend. Haven't had a casualty in 5 years or so on Cassandra extreme.

So I've got Piles of Sand. But Sandbags take small piles of sand? I've been patient with this til now. There's no intuitive way to get small piles from regular piles and it won't let me craft sandbags. Now it's getting a little ridiculous.
