I keep swapping between gunlance and longsword. This is the first game I've used gunlance and holy shit it's a blash (pun intended)

What is the basic flow for g.lance, I just keep trying to set up full bursts, then wyvern on topple, but outside of that I'm not 100% what the best option for dps is.

All Raths are super easy with weapons you can guard with.

Go to the notice board and you get an option to join quests. In that there should be an option to respond to SOS.

Strangely enough, Capcom decided to hide them away in the "Join Quest" menu.

Why does everyone hate LS/CB/IG users?

first time monhun player, i made a thunder lance and it fucked her right up. doing the basic combo then guarding or counter guarding and punishing made the fight pretty easy mechanics wise. i still carted 4 times total due to not being familiar with the moveset. dont know which i like more GS or lance.

You have ten (10) seconds to defend all weapons using the same bone/iron base model and just being reskins with different monster parts.

To whoever complained about strange Bow stats and damage. There's definitely something wrong with bows. I'm running Attack level 7 with exploit weakness 3, attack food buff with Nergal and I'm doing 16 damage to weak spots on elder dragons.

Are there ways to get Roundslash faster? I only know Fade Slash > R2 > R2 > R2, but it's clunky and I want to get red gauge fast for those sweet helm splitters.

Can anyone explain how the DB meter works?
Also what combos are good for the LS? I get you attack the monster to build up spirit gauge, but do you just spam R2 and then use the helmsplitter after?
