I think the voice actors themselves are of similar quality but for one reason or another (time, budget, whatever) the va director clearly didn't give them enough information about scene context or give them enough takes. It doesn't bug me all that much but it is unfortunate.

I doubt it'll go on sale any time soon considering the full content of the pack isn't out for quite some time and it's Nintendo. Similarly I wouldn't hold out for a "complete" edition because Zelda hasn't gotten one yet in spite of the similar DLC model and that's a much more important game as far as Nintendo is concerned.
