Genuine question, why is there so much drama in /xivg/?

Is it because you guys were always by yourself and shunned in highschool, so you want to experience what you never got to? Or is it because everyone here is mentally unstable and insecure? Do you guys just like feeding off of the drama because you have nothing better going on in your lives?

I think it's for a myriad of reasons, some you listed. MMOs attract the lonely and mentally ill as a form of escapism, and on here they can be anonymous. I'm much older than your average user here, but I think it's just kids either fresh out of highschool or kids that have parents that never gave them attention. I don't even mean that in a shitposting way. It's kids/young adults who were raised by the internet because mom and dad were busy. Look at people like Beepy. If his parents would just cut him off he could probably be an okay person. Instead, he has no motivation, no drive, and keeps being the way he is because his parents pay his way through life.
